About The Right Outlook

The way work is structured changes everything.

I’m Mel Gibson, the founder of The Right Outlook.

My background spans corporate environments and owner-led businesses in operations, sales, training & education, process improvement and systems. Since 2019, I’ve run my own businesses, understanding the challenges & opportunities from the owner’s side.

Across all of it, I’ve repeatedly seen the same thing: businesses losing clients, time, energy, momentum and capable people because the way the work happens is making everything harder than it needs to be. This creates a lot of pressure.

The Right Outlook brings together the work I love most: making sense of complexity, designing practical operational systems, helping everyone understand the new way (including the benefits of adopting the new process) and staying involved while it’s being put into place, until it works well.

What I most love about what I do is seeing what becomes possible once the pressure lifts.

People feel calm and relieved. The business can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and results. Processes and systems become valued, part of everyday work and no longer overwhelming. Even a little addictive!
