You know those people who get twitchy when there are more than a couple of emails in their inbox? They love nothing more than to bin the lot!
This character could also be described as people who receive a very high volume of emails, aren't able to get to them all so just delete large chunks in bulk (sometimes without reading them) so that they are off their plate.

If you are The Deleter:

We love a clean and up-to-date inbox as much as you BUT we do live in a world now where having a trail of information can be pretty useful.
So...maybe...sometimes...you could keep a few emails?
They might come in handy.

Chances are you developed your habit of deleting with robot-like efficiency because you were sick of emails always sitting in your inbox. That was likely happening because your folder structure and filing wasn't working well.

I would recommend looking into a simple folder and filing process so that emails that you need to refer to can be kept and don't end up in the trash can.
