The Secret to Puppy & Inbox Training

How do you get your puppy & your inbox to behave?

Last year we got a puppy.

His name is Reuben. He is equal parts gorgeous and exhausting.

Before we got Reuben, my husband was confident we were prepared.

We weren't.

After 10 days we were sleep deprived and in tears.

I discovered the reason for our problems with Reuben and the reason people have problems with their email is the same.

WE ARE ALL SELF-TAUGHT.

My husband and I were self-taught in raising a puppy and people are self-taught in Outlook.

The trouble with being self-taught is the first method people try is the one they stick with. This is because the don't know any different and don't know what's possible.

What I see in Outlook is people sticking to that one way of managing their inbox, even if it's not working.

With Reuben's help, I'd like to show the stressful results from being self-taught in email.

Here's what REALLY makes email stressful...

Emails that you haven't actioned come back to bite you.

You know that feeling when your stomach drops because the consequences of an email you forgot about bites you in the bum?

Hiding from emails you have to write because they take too long.

It's Friday afternoon and you've got that panicky feeling because you've been putting off 20 long emails you need to write and now you're fast running out of Friday.

Having no plans for the repetitive actions you take in your inbox.

Too often you feel angry and frustrated that what you do repetitively in Outlook takes too long. Surely there must be a better way.

Large amount of emails in your inbox keeps you from sleeping.

That terrible jolt before you go to sleep - did I reply to that important email yesterday? Hang on, did I respond with that quote today?

The SECRET to Puppy & Inbox Training is also one and the same...

It's ALL about educating the owner.

We sought expert advice for training our puppy. We took him to puppy classes - which really should be called owner classes because it was much more about training ME than Reuben.

We even got a Dog Behavioural Expert to spend one-on-one coaching with us to focus on the specific challenges we were having with Reuben. Turned out to be what us humans were doing wrong. We have corrected that and Reuben's a much better behaved puppy.

When I work with clients, I help them truly understand what is causing their email stress and show them what's possible.

I love showing clients what Outlook can do and what their workday can look like.

And when I do the most common thing I hear is...Oh my God, that's a game changer.

I can also craft a custom solution that is unique to your role, industry or business.
